All products sold by Powerbuilt Labs are strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition or disease. All sales are made on this basis.
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date or the estimated delivery date in the case of lost shipments.

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the same payment method used for the original purchase where possible.
In cases where a product was received damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement shipment at our discretion in lieu of a refund.
Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We do not accept physical returns of research compounds.
