What does "Research Use Only" mean?
All products sold by Powerbuilt Labs are strictly for in vitro (laboratory) research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, are not dietary supplements, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA. By placing an order you confirm you are a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate scientific purposes.
How do I access a Certificate of Analysis?
Every product page includes a downloadable COA link. Each vial's packaging also features a QR code that links directly to the batch-specific certificate from our third-party laboratory. You can verify the batch number matches your product at any time.
What testing methodology is used?
All compounds are tested using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for purity verification and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation. Testing is conducted by Freedom Diagnostics, an independent third-party analytical laboratory based in the United States.
How are products shipped and stored?
All lyophilized peptides are shipped in sealed, clearly labeled vials. Orders before 4pm CST Monday through Friday ship the same day. For storage, we recommend refrigeration for unreconstituted vials and freezer storage for long-term preservation.
What is your minimum purity standard?
Every batch must test at 99.0% purity or higher to enter our shipping inventory. Most batches come back at 99.5% or higher. Anything below 99.0% goes back to the manufacturer; it never enters our shipping inventory.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 3-5 business days, 2-Day Expedited is 2 business days, and Next-Day is 1 business day. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Zelle and Cash App. Payment instructions are provided at checkout. Orders are processed after payment confirmation, typically within 1-10 minutes during business hours.
How do I know my Zelle/Cash App payment was received?
After you send payment, our system automatically detects it and confirms your order. You'll receive an email confirmation typically within 1-10 minutes. If no confirmation arrives within an hour, email [email protected] with your order reference and we'll sort it out manually.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy with the contents, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
What happens if I don’t pay within 15 minutes?
Zelle and Cash App orders auto-cancel after 15 minutes if no matching payment is detected. This protects inventory levels for other customers. If you intended to pay but missed the window, just place the order again — your cart will still be saved.
Can I track my order after it ships?
Yes. As soon as we generate the shipping label, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. The link works the same regardless of which carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) handles the package.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
We offer bundle discounts on orders of 2+ items (5% off) and 3+ items (10% off), automatically applied at checkout. For larger orders or wholesale inquiries, email [email protected] directly.
How do I become an affiliate?
Apply through our affiliate program page. Default commission is 15% per sale, customers using your code get 10% off, and payouts are sent via Zelle or Cash App once your balance reaches $250.
Is my information secure?
