Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination, weight, and shipping speed selected. The specific carrier is chosen at shipment based on the best combination of speed and reliability to your address. Tracking links work the same regardless of carrier.

Cut-off times

Orders placed and paid for before 4:00pm CST, Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day.

For orders paid via Zelle or Cash App, "paid" means our system has confirmed the payment landed in our account. Confirmation typically takes 1–10 minutes once you send the payment, but during high volume can take up to an hour. Make sure your memo line includes your order reference (e.g. PBL482917) so we can match it.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking number the moment we generate the shipping label. Click the link in the email or log in to your account to follow the package. Most US addresses will have a tracking update within 24 hours of label creation.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO military addresses (with slightly extended transit times). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors or your building's receiving area first — most lost packages turn up within 24 hours of the delivery scan. If it doesn't turn up after 48 hours, email [email protected] and we'll work with the carrier on a claim.

If your package arrives damaged or with the contents broken, take photos before opening anything else and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll either refund or replace the order based on what makes more sense for you.

Storage on arrival

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods, but for long-term storage we recommend refrigeration (2-8°C) for unreconstituted vials and a -20°C freezer for anything you plan to keep longer than 30 days. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8°C and use within 4-8 weeks depending on the specific compound.
