Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds and our commitment to chain-of-custody integrity, all sales are final once a product has been opened, used, or otherwise tampered with. The following policy outlines the limited circumstances under which we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
1. Damaged or defective shipments
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion, including return shipping if needed.
2. Lost or undelivered packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If after 72 hours the package has not been located, contact us and we will work with the carrier to file a claim. For confirmed lost shipments, we will issue a free reshipment.
3. Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on:
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used.
- Products that have been stored improperly after delivery (e.g., not refrigerated when required).
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Bundle or promotional purchases that have been partially opened.
4. Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Because we ship same-day for orders placed before 4pm CST Monday through Friday, cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled and standard return policy applies.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original method of payment. Because we accept Zelle and Cash App, refunds will be sent back through the same channel using the contact information on file with your order. If you no longer have access to the original payment account, contact us and we will arrange an alternative.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product-for-product exchanges. If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. If you simply want a different product, you must place a new order.
7. Research Use Only
All Powerbuilt Labs products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes. By placing an order, you confirm you are a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate scientific use. Refund requests based on product effects, outcomes, or applications outside of research use are not eligible under this policy.
