Returns & Refund Policy

If anything is wrong with your order, we'll fix it. This policy explains replacements for damaged or incorrect items, what is final sale, and how refunds work.

1. Summary

Because our products are research-grade materials whose integrity depends on proper handling and storage, they are generally sold as final sale and are not eligible for return once delivered. We stand behind every order: if a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right with a free replacement as described below.

2. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within a reasonable time after delivery (we recommend within 7 days) at [email protected] with your order number and, where possible, photos. Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no charge — typically next business day — or, at our discretion, issue a refund.

3. Non-returnable items

For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, or improperly stored products cannot be returned or resold and are not eligible for refund except where required by law or where the issue is covered under “Damaged or incorrect items.” We cannot accept returns based on a change of mind.

4. Lost shipments and insurance

Shipments confirmed lost in transit, or covered by shipping insurance purchased or included at checkout, may be eligible for a replacement or refund. We may require reasonable documentation (such as the tracking status or a carrier claim). See our Shipping Policy.

5. Order cancellations and changes

We can usually only modify or cancel an order before it is processed for shipment. Contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled, though the “Damaged or incorrect items” terms still apply.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we initiate a refund, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider, typically several business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return results from our error.

7. Subscriptions

Recurring/subscription orders are governed by our Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms, including how to cancel before the next renewal. Already-shipped subscription orders follow this Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Chargebacks

If you have any issue with an order, please contact us first — we are committed to resolving it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us, or for an order you received as described, may be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service, and we reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks and to suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent disputes.
