SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

These terms apply when you receive text messages from PowerBuiltLabs. Consent to marketing texts is never required to purchase, and you can reply STOP at any time.
1. Program description
PowerBuiltLabs offers text-message (SMS/MMS) programs to send transactional messages (such as order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and account or sign-in messages) and, where you opt in, marketing and promotional messages. These Mobile Messaging Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, at checkout, in your account, or by texting a keyword), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at that number from or on behalf of PowerBuiltLabs. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Standard transactional messages relating to your orders and account may be sent in connection with your transactions.
You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are at least 21 years old.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the programs you opt into (for example, you will receive messages tied to your orders, and additional messages if you opt into marketing).
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan and carrier. PowerBuiltLabs does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply. Check your plan for details.
5. Opt out and help
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation and will stop receiving messages from that program. You may continue to receive certain transactional messages necessary to complete or service active transactions.

- You can also opt out by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing texts will not affect transactional messages related to your orders.
6. Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change.
7. Changes to your number
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to promptly notify us or opt out so that messages are not sent to a number reassigned to another person.
8. Privacy
Information you provide in connection with our messaging programs is handled under our Privacy Policy. We use a messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver messages; mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
