Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew and rebill at the interval you choose until you cancel. Here's exactly how renewal, cancellation, and changes work.

1. Subscriptions and recurring billing

If you choose a subscription or “subscribe & save” option, you enroll in a recurring purchase that automatically renews and rebills at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. These Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms are part of our Terms of Service.

By enrolling, you authorize PowerBuiltLabs and our payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method the then-current subscription price (including any applicable taxes and shipping) at the start of each billing cycle, without further action by you, until you cancel.

2. Renewal frequency and pricing

Your renewal interval (for example, every few weeks or monthly), the quantity, any subscription discount, and the recurring price are presented to you before you enroll and are available in your account. Prices may change; we will provide notice of price changes as required by law, and changes apply to renewals after the notice.

3. How to cancel

You may cancel a subscription at any time, effective for the next billing cycle, through your account or by contacting [email protected]. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before that cycle's renewal/processing date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.

4. Changes to your subscription

You may be able to change items, quantities, frequency, or your payment method and address through your account, subject to availability. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

5. Failed or declined payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause the subscription. You are responsible for keeping your payment method and contact details current. We may suspend or cancel a subscription for repeated failed payments.

6. Refunds and shipped orders

Subscription orders that have already shipped are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription does not by itself entitle you to a refund for an order that has already been processed.
